We'll thoroughly dust and vacuum all rooms, deep clean your bathroom(s) and kitchen, mop all hard floors.
In addition, we'll dust and wipe down all baseboards/skirting boards, doors and window frames.
More options available upon request. For example: fridge, microwave, and/or oven interior cleaning, window cleaning

How long does it take?
Much depends on the size of your home, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens...
As a general indication, a scheduled clean should take between 2-3 hours, while a deep clean can take between 4-6 hours.
What areas do you serve?
We generally service most areas of Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches
Scheduling and travel time between jobs can be a limiting factor, so please ask for a quote and we can discuss working together.
What should I do before my cleaning appointment?
Don't panic and don't feel you need to clean!
- Keep your floors clear: Open floor space makes vacuuming and/or mopping your floors that much easier and allows us to do the best job possible.
- Declutter surfaces: We'll want to dust all hard surfaces, so removing any unnecessary items first will allow us to give them a proper clean.
- Put away your lotions and potions: Keep bathroom surfaces and ledges clear so we can clean them from top to bottom.
What don't you clean?
Unless agreed in advance, a scheduled or deep clean does not include:
cleaning the interior of any kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, microwave); cleaning window glass; moving heavy furniture to clean walls/floors behind them (think wardrobes, dressers, chest of drawers, beds, fridges, couches. We'll do our best to clean all visible and/or reachable areas); cleaning of carpets beyond vacuuming; areas outside or beyond your main dwelling/home.
If you need any of these things done, just let us know and we'll work with you to get it done.

Yes
What equipment do you need to clean my home?
Nothing. We'll bring all tools and products we'll need to clean your home to a professional standard.
All we we need is access to a small amount of water (to mop/rinse) and electricity (to vacuum).
Do I need to be home while my home is cleaned?
Up to you. Once we've discussed and agreed on your cleaning requirements, we'll get on with it and can lock up once finished. If it suits, you can also arrange to provide us with unattended access via a lockbox or other arrangement. Call us to discuss.
